NEW VIDEO: Bird Dog with Advanced Progressions
This are great movements that I build into almost every clients training program. They help build muscular strength, coordination, balance and core strength. This will also help get rid of any stubborn lower back pain if done correctly.
This is a fantastic exercise to build upper body pushing strength while working to maintain total body tightness. It's a staple strength exercise that is A LOT harder than it looks. The video below has a couple of variations. Please comment with any questions. Have fun!
