1 on 1 personal physical training
- All clients start with an evaluation for movement efficiency and muscular imbalances. Mike then starts with a stabilization phase that builds coordination, core muscle and addresses healthy joint movements. Highly individualized strength training follows that and includes but is not limited to bodyweight workouts, Olympic lifting, free weights, kettlebells, suspension systems, yoga, martial arts, gymnastics, dance and partner acrobatics. Mike is versed in a wide array of disciplines, allowing him to adapt his approach to each client.
